MINDFUL HATHA FLOW

This is a mindful hatha yoga practice flowing slowly into safe sequences focusing on correct body alignment drawing from Anusara principles which will naturally prevent injury and therefore suitable for all levels. 

The class will start with some breath work to find focus, a gentle warm-up followed by a more flowing sequence before relaxing in shavasana with sometimes the help of essential oils and inspiring quotes which are food for thought. This class will make your body feel stretched and strengthened and your mind calm.
