RESTORATIVE + YOGA NIDRA
Restorative Yoga is the practice of not doing. The opposite of an active flow, you will be guided through a few passive poses which will be held for a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 10 minutes with the help of props. This practice will allow your body to completely let go of tensions and stagnant energy. It can be complemented with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation combined with breathwork that will allow you to reach a state of bliss.
This style of yoga is deeply relaxing and absolutely recommended for busy lifestyles.
Deep healing is the result of these two practices combined and at the end, you will feel completely rested and with renewed energy.
